Dividend policies
Our company recognizes the return of investment to our shareholders as one of the most critical management affairs. To ensure stable and long-term ownership of our stocks, with respect to stable dividend payouts, we believe we should take a comprehensive approach to confirming dividends by carefully considering payout ratio and future revenue growth.
We pay year-end and interim dividends. The year-end dividend is decided by the general shareholders meeting, and the interim dividend is determined by the Board of Directors.
We intend to effectively utilize our internal reserves to overcome challenges, improve our performance, and develop our business with regards to future outlooks of the dynamic financial market.
