|Q :||What is a difference of atelocollagen solutions between a kit and medical grade one?
|A :||We optimized the concentration of atelocollagen and the buffer used in kits to retain the high transfection efficiency of siRNA. Atelocollagen for kits is manufactured under the same procedures as medical purposes; therefore the atelocollagen used for kits would be safe and highly biocompatible to the animal.|
|Q :||Is it possible to transfect siRNA using conventional collagen on the market?
|A :||We do not recommend it as you need to additionally examine the detailed condition on your side.|
|Q :||Is it possible to apply " AteloGene® " for in vitro transfection of cultured cells?
|A :||" AteloGene® " is specialized for in vivo transfection; therefore we do not recommend you to apply the kit for your in vitro experiment.|
|Q :||Is it possible to transfect plasmid DNA with " AteloGene® "?
|A :||" AteloGene® " is specialized for transfection of siRNA; therefore we do not recommend you to apply the kit for your transfection of plasmid DNA.|
|Q :||Please provide me with a free sample to evaluate your product.
|A :||We do not provide a free sample.|
|Q :||Is the complex of " AteloGene® " and siRNA stable in blood?
|A :||It's been known that siRNA complexed with " AteloGene® " demonstrates a stronger resistance to enzymes such as RNase than as it is, etc. Please refer to the articles on our " RNAi Effects " page.|
