Effective shaking disruption of cell wall by Zirconia beads

Features

1. The Zirconia beads, which is twice hevier the specific gravity than glass beads, can phisically disrupt impregnable cell wall or endospore of Gram-positive anaerobic by shaking.

2. DNA/RNA can be collected without digradation under disruption with guanidium.

Composition

  • Beads filling tube 50 tubes
  • Lysis buffer 10mL
  • Phenol mixture 20mL
  • SDS solution 10mL
  • RNase free Distilled water 10mL
