Anti PACE4

Background

PACE4 is one kind of a processing protease family controlling cytodifferentiation and a morphosis, and the structure and function are clarified by the study group of Tuji et al, the University of Tokushima.
It is said that PACE4 plays a particularly important role in outbreak such as the organogeny and differentiation process. Lately, it is suggested that it participate in activation of the matrix metalloprotease (MMP), and participate in metastasis and the dampness of cancer.
