Antiserum produced by inducing immune response in rabbits to bovine amelogenin. Cross-reaction in rats and mice confirmed. Can be used with PAP or ABC immunostaining method at dilutions of 100-500 times.

Method:Sections prepared from 10% neutral buffered formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissuewere stained by the PAP method using Anti-Amelogenin Rabbit Serum diluted 100 timesat 4 for 18 hours reaction time.
